• Juniper berry essential oil contains a high concentration of the monoterpene α-pinene. Inhalation of this compound has been shown to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, effectively lowering heart rates, reducing psychological stress, and preparing the body for sleep.
• Rosemary essential oil has chemical properties like limonene and linalool that helps reduce stress levels and nervous tension.

Additional Ingredients:

Distilled Water and Witch Hazel

Mama Lou Tip: Mist pillows, linens, and your sleep space nightly to promote a peaceful rest. Use as needed.
